The online intermediary platform operated by Ellviro GmbH

"Partner"

Business entity registered to sell products on the Platform

"Customer"

End consumer purchasing products from Partners via the Platform

These Partner Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Ellviro ("Ellviro", "Platform") and business partners ("Partner").

❗ Critical Distinction: Ellviro does not act as the seller and is not a contractual party to sales contracts between Partners and customers.

Partner Obligations

Mandatory Partner Responsibilities

Legal Compliance

Comply with all applicable EU laws, regulations, and standards including consumer protection, product safety, and data protection (GDPR).

Product Information Accuracy

Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.

Contract Fulfillment

Conclude sales contracts with customers and fulfill all obligations including shipping, delivery, and order completion.

Customer Support

Handle shipping, returns, complaints, and customer support in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

Important Limitations

Ellviro's liability is limited as an intermediary platform under EU Digital Services Act.

Ellviro is NOT Responsible For:
  • Product quality or safety
  • Product warranties or guarantees
  • Contractual performance between partners and customers
  • Legal compliance of products
  • Accuracy of partner-provided information
Partner IS Responsible For:
  • All product-related liabilities
  • Customer contracts and fulfillment
  • Legal compliance in target markets
  • Customer support and returns
  • Data protection compliance

Note: This limitation of liability is in accordance with EU platform regulations and standard industry practice for intermediary service providers.
