Returns
Ellviro accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Return Window & Conditions
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Once a return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Be returned in a resalable condition

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Ellviro will cover return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the 30-day return period, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of the issue.
We will review the matter and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Items may not be eligible for a refund or exchange if they:
- Show signs of use or damage after delivery
- Are returned without original packaging
- Are returned outside the applicable return period
