5. Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday–Friday

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout. Tracking information is provided once an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ellviro is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for eligible products in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • We cover return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team. Orders that have already entered processing or have been shipped cannot be canceled.

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

  • Applicable sales tax may be collected where required by law.

  • There are no hidden charges.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Ellviro is not responsible for payment failures resulting from incorrect billing details.
