We currently ship only within Slovakia

Orders placed from outside Slovakia will not be processed

Delivery Time: 1–5 business days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–8 business days

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Tracking information is provided once the order has been shipped.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return

After approval, items must be returned within 14 days

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging

Return Shipping:

Customer pays for returns (change of mind)

We cover return costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

Refunds:

Processed within 10 business days after inspection

Issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

EU Right of Withdrawal:
