2. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

Ellviro operates as an online marketplace.

  • Ellviro is not the seller of the products listed by third-party sellers.

  • Sales contracts are concluded directly between the customer and the seller.

  • Ellviro provides the technical platform, payment facilitation, and support services.

Ellviro is not responsible for the manufacturing, quality, safety, legality, or description of products offered by sellers.

3. USER ACCOUNT

To place orders, users may be required to create an account and provide accurate information.

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login details

  • All activities under their account

Ellviro may suspend accounts in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.

4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

When you place an order:

  1. You submit an order to the seller, not to Ellviro.

  2. The seller accepts the order and forms a legally binding contract with you.

Ellviro is not a party to the sales contract.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • Prices are set by individual sellers.

  • Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.

  • Ellviro may collect payments on behalf of sellers as a commercial agent.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery conditions are determined by the seller.

Ellviro is not liable for delivery delays caused by sellers or carriers.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WITHDRAWAL

Consumers in the EU may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under applicable law.

  • Return and refund conditions are handled by the seller.

  • Ellviro may assist in communication but is not legally responsible for the seller’s obligations.

8. SELLER RESPONSIBILITY

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • Product compliance with EU laws

  • Product safety

  • Accurate product descriptions

  • Warranty and consumer rights

Ellviro does not guarantee seller performance.

9. PLATFORM LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ellviro is not liable for:

  • Product defects

  • Seller misconduct

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Ellviro is liable only for damages directly caused by its own breach of legal obligations.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the platform (logos, design, text) is the property of Ellviro or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. PROHIBITED USE

Users may not:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes

  • Upload false information

  • Interfere with platform security

12. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy available on the website.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable international and EU consumer protection laws. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Customers are encouraged to contact support@ellviro.com first.

Consumers in the EU may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

Ellviro may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
