Returns Policy

At Ellviro Market, operated by Dušan Dúbrava JCB servisc (IČO: 41209869, IČ DPH: SK1033242540), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging with all accessories included
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
Items with missing or damaged original packaging
Products that have been assembled or used

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@ellviro.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address within 24 hours.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ellviro.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@ellviro.com to arrange an exchange.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

8. EU Withdrawal Right

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, contact us at support@ellviro.com before the 14-day period expires.
